My name is Paul Gibson and I have been a REALTOR with RE/MAX Action First in Pinellas County for the past 23 years, during which I have sold a quarter billion dollars of real estate. My RE/MAX Sales Awards are lengthy to include Chairman and Platinum Sales Awards, Hall of Fame Award and, #8 and #11 in Florida annual sales volume for RE/MAX.
You were directed to my website because of your interest in an exciting new development, Montrose at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor. Toll Brothers is a nationally recognized developer and is constructing 125 single-family homes and 49 townhomes within one of the premier golf course communities in our area, the Innisbrook Golf Resort. It is nationally known by golfers for the PGA’s Valspar Open and the Copperhead Golf Course where it is played.
There are also 973 condominiums and 73 single-family homes within the Innisbrook Resort community. The condominiums were constructed in the 1970s and 1980s. Homes by WestBay constructed the Promontory community of single-family homes, which commenced construction in 2015 and was completed 2 years later. I was an original owner in the Promontory.
I signed the first Toll Brothers contract to purchase a single-family home in their Montrose at Innisbrook development, Lot 31. I have expertise and experience in the Innisbrook Resort community as a long-time resident of Promontory and as a Montrose at Innisbrook owner when the construction of my home is complete. I am a Palm Harbor resident, residing less than a mile from Montrose at Innisbrook.
The vast majority of buyers purchasing high-end single-family homes are acquiring the property as a primary or secondary home rather than for investment. However, if you are interested in purchasing as an investment involving another qualified property, I have served as a REALTOR on both Forward and Reverse “Like Kind Exchanges” under IRS Section 1031. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bentley University, and you will be well served with my assistance.
I always recommend an experienced REALTOR when buying or selling a property. Toll Brothers pays my brokerage fee so my services are provided to you at no cost. I will guide you through the documentation, lot selection and join you at the Design Center for options selections. There is an exception, if you register without naming me as your REALTOR and having me join you for your first site visit, the developer will not allow you to register me.
